Suggested use:

Apply Black Radiance® Long-Lasting & Toning Face Primer across lids until completely absorbed. Then pat on eye shadow from eyelid to brow bone and blend to desired effect. Wear alone or layer and blend for custom definition. Apply wet for bolder color intensity.
