We do not see or get a copy of your financial data.
The only information we get from the companies that process the financial transactions is your name and shipping details, as mentioned in the order confirmation sent to you after you place an order with us.

Refund and Returns:
Please read carefully our Refund & Returns policy before you purchase an item.
We understand things happen, If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason please contact us. we'll be happy to help!
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:
The conditions outlined in this policy are valid for 7 days from the day you receive the items purchase.
Due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene regulations by covid -19 pandemic, we do not provide refunds or exchanges in the following scenarios.
Open or used products.
You have changed your mind and would like to exchange a product or obtain a refund.
To be eligible for a refund item has to be:
- In the same condition as you received it (no alteration/modifications)
- In original packaging
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following cannot be exchanged/returned:
- Skin care products
- Makeup
- Jewelry & Accessories
We do not refund for change of mind on services pre-paid or vouchers or products. On occasion we may offer a credit note instead.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Any product deemed for intimate, personal care or health care cannot be exchanged/returned for sanitary reasons.
The followings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash:

All return and exchanges must be supported by proof of purchase or receipt.
Do not send packages to the vendor without initiating a return.
Do not initiate a return after 7 days
Refunds (where applicable):
Once your returns is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. we will also notify you via email if your returns has been accepted or rejected and a reason for the latter.

Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gifts:
If the item was market "gift" at the purchase and shipped to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the gift certificate will be credited to your account or an exchange for something that costs the same amount.
